Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Payment
Paid plans renew automatically. All prices are in EUR and may change with notice. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

All software, designs, databases, and documentation are the property of GreenActions or its licensors.
Automated Features
AI Extraction Disclaimer
AI-powered data extraction features are provided "as is". You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and correcting all automatically processed data. We are not liable for any errors resulting from reliance on extracted data.
Liability
The Service is provided "as is". Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and applicable EU law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki, Greece.
